ABOUT ME
Winsome McLeod, RN-CDP Coordinator
Winsome McLeod, RN-CPD is a caring and passionate healthcare provider with 28 years of experience as a nurse and corporate executive. Winsome learned the importance of respect, integrity, compassion, excellence and the value of human dignity during her family upbringing.
Winsome has served as an Executive Director/Administrator in the Senior Living industry since 2003, where she coordinated, management including, planning, staff training, counseling and budgeting for the senior Living Communities she served.
She is a certified Dementia Practitioner/Care Manager and specialized in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care 2012. She also brings 10 years of service as a mental health nurse and a counselor for persons with dual diagnosis and substance abuse.
Her academic accomplishments include an AS in Nursing, a BS in Healthcare Administration, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a CDP Honorary Doctorate of Ministry. Winsome is a big believer in Christ which daily inspires her to provide quality care to the elderly, disabled and veterans.
